11 aggressors captured in Pak’s brushing operation

Lahore, Aug 14: Eleven “in-your-face terrorists” have been captured in a brushing operation by the armed force here with an enormous store of arms and ammo seized from their safehouse, on the eve of Pakistan’s Independence Day.

The operation was propelled yesterday on an insight report about the nearness of terrorists in suburbia of Lahore, an authority of the Inter-Services Public Relations said.

The operation proceeded for over three hours and prompted the capture of 11 individuals from a sleeper cell of a terrorist association. A tremendous reserve of arms and ammo was likewise grabbed, the authority was cited as saying by Dawn News.

In Lahore, the CTD kept more than 150 suspects amid a brushing operation in different zones, including Saddar, Iqbal Town, Cantonment and City divisions.
