American YouTuber Slams Air India For Offering The “Worst Business Class Experience”

American YouTuber and travel influencer Drew Binsky recently made headlines for criticising Air India’s business-class service, calling it the “worst” experience of his life. Drew, who flew business class from London to Amritsar, described the nine-hour journey as “pathetic” and vowed never to travel with Air India again. In an Instagram post, the content creator wrote: “Worst business class experience of my life the other day on Air India from London to Amritsar. I had to eat on a hair-infested pillow! Can you believe I paid $750 to upgrade for this? I’ll never be flying Air India again!”

Drew Binsky claimed that the problems began as soon as he took his seat. The seat mechanism was broken, making it impossible for him to recline, and the table attached to his seat was also damaged, forcing him to balance his meal on a pillow covered with “human hair.” He further pointed out the unclean surroundings, with visible patches of dust and grime. The in-flight entertainment was equally disappointing; the remote control was broken, and the screen appeared outdated. Although he managed to connect to the in-flight WiFi, the internet was completely inaccessible. Take a look:

Drew also criticised the airline’s amenity kit, stating that business-class travelers typically receive premium skincare products, but this kit only included one lotion, which he described as something from a one-star motel. Even the hot towel service failed to meet expectations, as the towel was cold by the time it reached him. “Thank you, Air India, for this nine-hour miserable journey for which I spent $750 to upgrade,” Drew said at the end of the video, adding that he would not recommend the airline to anyone.

The YouTuber’s experience has since gone viral, sparking debates about Air India’s level of customer service. Although Air India has not yet addressed Drew’s grievances, the incident has highlighted issues of cleanliness, functionality, and service quality in the airline’s business class. Several users shared their thoughts in the comments section. One user wrote, “Bro casually destroyed the company’s reputation.” Another added, “Tell me you are in India without telling me you are in India.” Someone else commented, “If this is business class, I want to see the economy.” “Finally, someone showed the truth,” read a comment.
