Akhilesh puts hold Samajwadi Vikas Rath Yatra

Lucknow, Sep 17: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today delayed Samajwadi Vikas Rath Yatra, booked on October 3, saying the dates would be reported later.

“I will establish the framework stone of metro works in Kanpur on October 4. The date of yatra will be chosen. Time has changed, now I will see from which “disha” (bearing) and time it ought to begin,” he said.

On September 14, Akhilesh had declared Samajwadi Vikas Rath Yatra – ‘Vikas se vijay ki mineral’ through his Twitter handle with a photo in which he is seen sitting inside a transport.
