Lucknow, Aug 1: Three blamed in the Bulandshahr gangrape case were today sent to legal guardianship, even as Governor Ram Naik communicated anguish, saying cases like this have been happening at better places and there was have to stop repeat of such occurrences.
Uttar Pradesh Police had yesterday captured the three blamed – Naresh (25), Bablu (22) and Rais (28) – and confined twelve others in the wake of propelling a huge chase for a posse of dacoits suspected to be behind the parkway wrongdoing.
“The trio have been remanded in legal guardianship for 14 days by a Bulandshahr court,” IG (Law and Order) Hare Ram Sharma told correspondents here.
Gold trimmings of the casualties and Rs 5,500 money were recuperated from the blamed, he said, including a solicitation would be made for trial by a most optimized plan of attack court.
Endeavors will be made to record the charge sheet inside three months, he said.
Seven to eight more names have come up and the police have constituted six groups to catch them, Sharma said.
As the Samajwadi Party government confronted crisp fire from restriction parties over the “weakening” peace in the state where Assembly surveys are scarcely a couple of months away, the Governor voiced his anguish over the episode and asked the state government and the police to find a way to guarantee that such cases did not repeat.
“The state government and the police need to take after their obligations in guaranteeing that such occurrences don’t happen in the state,” he said on the sidelines of a project here.
“This is not the main incident…Cases like these have been occurring at various places…There is a need to work to guarantee security to all,” Naik said, including prompt strides are required in such manner.
The Governor, in any case, communicated fulfillment with the strides taken by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in hurrying senior authorities like the DGP of the state police and vital secretary (home) to the scene of the wrongdoing.
Unique mandates have been issued by the administration to increase interstate watching so that such wrongdoings did not occur once more, Sharma said.
The state government, in the interim, posted PAC Commandant Anees Ahmad Ansari as the new SSP of Bulandshahr taking after suspension of Vaibhav Krishna after the gangrape of a lady and her high school little girl by marauders on Friday night.
Appointee SP Maan Singh is the new Additional SP supplanting Rammohan Singh, who was among the five suspended officers, an official representative said here.
Bawariya pack individuals had severely gangraped the lady and her 13-year-old little girl on gunpoint in the wake of dragging them out of an auto in Bulandshahr on NH-91 when they were going with their family from Noida to Shahjahanpur.
