DELHI:The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that strict move must be made against people or political gatherings that obliterate open property amid any of their tumults.

“We can’t permit individuals to smolder country’s properties and hold the nation to recover for the sake of tumult,” the SC said.

The peak court said it would outline rules to rebuff individuals who harm or obliterate open property. The seat likewise proposed that individuals may need to pay for the harm or loss of open property.

The court was listening to a supplication recorded by Hardik Patel testing subversion charges against him. The court had in its past hearing on Hardik’s supplication extended its ambit to inspect the issue of harm to open property amid a year ago’s Patel reservation disturbance drove by Hardik.
