Bikaner, Jul 26 : Scores of activists from the Bishnoi people group have challenged against the exoneration of Bollywood performing artist Salman Khan by the Rajasthan High Court in two cases identified with poaching of Chinkaras in Jodhpur in 1998.

Bishnoi people group individuals, who are known for their adoration for wild creatures particularly chinkaras and deers, held challenges and smoldered blurbs of the performing artist on Monday.

“We dissented against the quittance of Salman Khan in the cases and smoldered his publications,” Vijay Delu, locale president of Akhil Bhartiya Jeev Raksha Vishnoi Mahasabha said.

Bab Lal Jaju of creature welfare association ‘Individuals for Animals’ said the choice of the high court has frustrated creature sweethearts.

“Yesterday was a dark day for creature mates. We are frustrated and encourage the state government to challenge the request in the Supreme court,” Jaju said on Tuesday.

The court had held that the pellets recuperated from the Chinkaras were not shot from Khan’s authorized firearm.
