New Delhi, July 6 : The Delhi Government on Wednesday suspended Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar, as the guidelines express that an authority is regarded suspended in the event that he stays in guardianship for over 48 hours.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Tuesday remanded every one of the five denounced, including Rajendra Kumar, to five-day police care in a defilement case. The CBI had looked for 10-day police guardianship of Rajendra Kumar and four others regarding this case.
