Diesel Cars May Become Costlier As Transport Minister Proposes GST Hike

The cost of diesel cars may rise after Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari proposed a 10% GST hike today.The minister said the additional 10% will be levied as a pollution tax. The minister is expected to pas this proposal to the finance minister later today.
