A MiG-29 fighter jet suffered a tyre burst at the Dabolim airport in Goa this afternoon, prompting authorities to shut the airfield. Firefighters were seen rushing to its aid, but no injuries were reported in the incident.
Two commercial flights were diverted following the tyre burst and the airfield was shut till 3 pm.
