Financial plan Session of Parliament starts today; firecrackers likely on JNU line, Rohith Vemula suicide case, Pathankot dread assaults

New Delhi: The Budget session of Parliament is good to go for a stormy begin on Tuesday with significant resistance parties wanting to corner the administration on JNU and other issue as Congress boss Sonia Gandhi blamed it for propelling an arranged assault on flexibility of expression and right to contrast.

Signs of a tumultuous start of the session developed at the all-party gatherings met by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday with the Opposition blaming the legislature for “setting the plan for disturbance”.
