Jats conceded reservation in Haryana
Chandigarh, Mar 29: Haryana Assembly today consistently passed a Bill to give reservation to Jats and five different groups in government occupations and instructive organizations, in front of the April 3 due date set by the group which had dispatched a vicious fomentation a month ago.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today presented two Bills – Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in Services and Admission in Educational Institutions) Bill, 2016 and Haryana Backward Classes Commission Bill, 2016 – in the progressing Budget Session which were passed collectively by the House.
Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in Services and Admission in Educational Institutions) Bill, 2016, proposed to give statutory status to Backward Classes Block ‘A’, Backward Classes Block “B” and Backward Classes Block “C” by establishing the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in Services and Admission in Educational Institutions) Act, 2016.
Haryana government will ask for the focal government to incorporate this Act in ninth Schedule read with Article 31B of the Constitution.
The Bill proposed to offer reservation to Jats and five different stations – Jat Sikhs, Rors, Bishnois, Tyagis and Mulla Jat/Muslim Jat – by constituting another arrangement Block “C” in the Backward Classes classification.
The Bill proposed to give 10 for each penny reservation to Jats and five different stations in government and government helped instructive organizations and Class III and IV government occupations.
The Bill additionally proposed to give 6 for each penny reservation to Jats and five different standings in BC “C” classification in class I and II occupations.
