Pak troops disregard truce in Samba in J&K

Jammu, Apr 15 : Pakistani troops today abused the truce along the worldwide outskirt by falling back on little arm terminating on the forward Regal Post in Samba segment in Jammu and Kashmir.

“Pakistan Rangers abused the truce along the IB utilizing little arms and focused on the forward Regal Post in Samba part,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Samba, Joginder Singh said.

They let go five-six rounds of little arms at around 0215 hours. BSF staff keeping an eye on the forward position did not counter, he said.

Pakistan Army had on Sunday depended on mortar shelling and shooting in Poonch part after a pause in about seven months, taking after which the two sides held a brigade authority level banner meeting to examine the circumstance.
