New Delhi, Sep 8: Sacked Delhi Minister and AAP MLA Sandeep Kumar, captured on assault charges on the protestation of a lady, was today remanded to one-day police authority by a court here after police said he was not coordinating in the test.
Kumar, 36, was delivered under the steady gaze of Special Judge Poonam Chaudhry on expiry of three-day police authority and the court further amplified the remand till tomorrow.
Amid the hearing, Public Prosecutor Balbir Singh looked for Kumar’s two-day police care saying he was not coordinating in the test and the test office needs to recuperate unique electronic gadget utilized for making the shocking video.
