New Delhi, Sep 9: Sacked Delhi Minister and AAP MLA Sandeep Kumar, captured on assault charges on the protestation of a lady, was today sent to 14-day legal care by a court here.

Extraordinary Judge Poonam Chaudhry remanded 36-year-old Kumar to legal care till September 23 after the Delhi Police submitted he was not required for custodial cross examination.

Police looked for legal care of the MLA, who was created under the watchful eye of the court on expiry of his one-day police remand, to direct reasonable examination and keep the blamed from messing with confirmation.

The police, which had yesterday got developed Kumar’s police care by a day to recuperate the first electronic gadget utilized for making the affirmed offensive video, said it couldn’t be recouped.
