Shoojit needs “Pink” to be made tax exempt
Mumbai, Sep 19: Bollywood Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar needs his most recent generation “Pink” to be made tax exempt.
“We have asked for the Delhi government and the primary (focus) government to make it tax exempt. We are talking. A portion of the services came and saw the film and they have enjoyed it. There will be an exceptional screening for the Information and Broadcasting service happening this week,” Shoojit told PTI.
The court dramatization thriller has purportedly collected over Rs 21 crore in the cinema world since its discharge.
For Shoojit, the movies numbers are not that imperative but rather what makes a difference is the affection for the gathering of people.
“For ‘Pink’, numbers don’t make a difference to me. I am not considering how much the film has earned. I am not made a fuss over the amount of business the film is making. The uncommon adoration from the media and crowd is what is unforgettable to me,” he said.
Indeed, even after discharge, the group of “Pink” arrangements to advance the film broadly.
“I need to do free shows for this film including for young ladies. We will have a talk in Kolkata. We are attempting to have examination with the judges also. There are arrangements set up (to advance the film ahead),” Shoojit said.
