Sidhu is still in BJP: Punjab BJP

Chandigarh, Jul 24: Cricketer-turned-government official Navjot Singh Sidhu, who surrendered from Rajya Sabha enrollment as of late, is still in BJP and does not have any “individual resentment” against the gathering, Punjab BJP boss Vijay Sampla said today.

“Navjot Singh Sidhu is still in the BJP. Along these lines the topic of his arrival to the gathering does not emerge. He is still in BJP and he has not surrendered from the enrollment of BJP,” Sampla, who is a pastor of state in Modi government, told journalists here.

“He has surrendered from Rajya Sabha not from BJP,” declared Sampla.

To a question, he said, “Sidhu does not have any individual resentment against the BJP. He may have some individual reasons due to which he took this choice (leaving from BJP). He is not annoyed with the gathering.”
