Siwan recorder murder suspect surrenders in court
Siwan (Bihar), Sep 21: Mohammad Kaif, the charged sharpshooter of disputable RJD pioneer Mohammad Shahabuddin, surrendered in a locale court here today subsequent to sidestepping capture on account of writer Rajdeo Ranjan’s homicide.
Kaif nom de plume Bunty surrendered himself before Chief Judicial Magistrate Arvind Kumar Singh and was sent to prison, Superintendent of Police Saurav Kumar Sah said.
In spite of the fact that policemen were available in the court premises, the charged avoided them and showed up in the CJM court which sent him to nine days legal authority.
Kaif was dodging the police trawl in the homicide of writer Rajdeo Ranjan in May last. He was a suspect alongside Mohammad Javed for the situation.
Be that as it may, he was found in a photo with Shahabuddin taking after the last’s discharge from Bhagalpur prison on September 10.
The Siwan police had on Friday last connected his property at Dakshin tola for not surrendering.
The CJM court had allowed property connection request on the police’s solicitation on account of “rangdari” (coercion) danger to a private building school.
An instance of blackmail was enrolled against Kaif and three others with Town police headquarters a month ago.
With the exception of Kaif, the other three had surrendered on last Thursday.
Kaif’s photo with RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s child and state Health clergyman Tej Pratap Yadav a week ago had set off a discussion.
