New Delhi, Sep 29: Congress President Sonia Gandhi today said a “solid message” has been sent with the surgical strikes by Army against dread bases over the Line of Control (LoC) and demanded that Pakistan bears an “awesome duty” in the proceeding with cross-outskirt assaults in India.
