SP calls for strict activity against defaulting NOIDA manufacturers
New Delhi, Apr.16: The Mulayam Singh-drove Samajwadi Party on Saturday called for strict activity against defaulting developers in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, including the Amrapali Group, in the wake of grievances enrolled by home purchasers.
Senior gathering pioneer Naresh Agrawal said, “Noida developers have plundered home purchasers and have not given ownership, or have given inadequate pads to proprietors. Developers have even declined to meet home purchasers and are declining to return contribution to the badgering occupants. The state government ought to book such manufacturers for dacoity. Amrapali Group is one such manufacturer that has plundered home purchasers.”
The Amrapali Group is one of India’s driving land organizations. On Friday, its image represetative and India’s one-day cricket commander Mahendra Singh Dhoni quit the post after furious home purchasers trolled him on Twitter.
Last Sunday, Dhoni guaranteed that he would take up the house purchasers’ worry with Amrapali, including that “whatever is guaranteed, I think it should be met.”

I am with the purchasers of Amrapali Golf Course and stern move must be made against him. Home purchasers must go to the court and they should show their case to the Parliamentarians. From the 25th, Parliament session will begin and I am confident that whole Parliament, in the wake of passing the Real Estate Bill, will remain by the purchasers.”
Irate occupants held flame light dissents on Friday and are wanting to strengthen their disturbance throughout the following few days.
