Mr Pichai revealed that nearly 90% of candidates who receive job offers at Google accept them, reflecting the company’s strong appeal, particularly in a competitive job market. As competition for entry-level tech roles intensifies, candidates must distinguish themselves. Former Google recruiter Nolan Church told Business Insider that interviewees need to come well-prepared. Church advised candidates to share personal anecdotes about their professional successes, highlighting their passion and determination.
