Troubled by loss of lives, harm brought on: PM Modi on Japan tremor

New Delhi, Apr. 16: Offering his sympathies to the families who lost their friends and family in the fatal seismic tremor in Japan where very nearly 23 individuals were killed, Prime Minster Narendra Modi on Saturday said that he was upset by the loss of lives and the harm brought on by the shake.

“Upset on the loss of lives and harm brought on by the tremor in Japan. My musings are with deprived families and supplications to God with the harmed,” the Prime Minister tweeted.

In the mean time, occupants in Japan are thinking about post-quake tremors as crisis teams scramble to save survivors caught under rubble.

No less than 23 individuals passed on in the most recent Kyushu seismic tremor as an intense 7.0-size shake hit the region today.

Two days prior, a 6.2.- extent shudder shook the range, killing nine individuals. This brought the aggregate loss of life from both tremors to 32.

Both seismic tremors left 968 individuals harmed, by catastrophe administration office.
